Shintia Riva

Shintia Riva is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She attended Pennsylvania State University and Temple Beasley School of Law. She grew up in a blue-collar immigrant community that taught me her value of hard work and inclusiveness. She recently completed a clerkship with several Pennsylvania Judges at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Riva has handled many civil and criminal trials and appeals as a law clerk. She began her career concentrating on Family Law, Commercial Transactions, Contracts, and Immigration Law. Riva also represented several individuals purchasing Taxi Cab Medallion at the Philadelphia Parking Authority. She intends to expand her practice areas to include Real Estate, Taxation, and Estate Planning.
